Richard Goettsch was a former instrumental music teacher at the Webster City Elementary and Middle School.


  • Scholarship for students pursuing a degree in msuic. Preference is given to instrumental music majors.
  • Student must plan to attend college full time in the fall
  • Scholarship winner will be selected from the apllicants by the WCHS Faculty.
  • $500 Scholarship

DUE:   April 15 to the Counseling Office
